We enjoyed our short stay at this brand new and very comfortable hotel, located at not more than 5 minutes on foot from the main pedestrian street in Pristina. Every single member of the staff was very kind and friendly all the time. An additional bonus for us was the spacious hotel parking lot directly in front of the hotel entrance. Whenever we return to Pristina in the future, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

This hotel was perfect. Staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful. My room was huge and I appreciated the fridge and kettle. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Location was ideal for exploring the city although it is a €5 taxi ride from the bus station unless you want to walk all the way.

I have stayed in over 2000 hotels in my life. For work I have stayed in some amazing and luxurious hotels but when I travel alone, I prefer to stay in a locally owned hotel. The staff of this hotel is a family (brothers and sisters) and after 3 days I felt I was like their brother. They have gone above and beyond what you would expect. The location is very central which makes it easy to get to the main sights. Many people seem to be booking flats in Pristina but believe me, I prefer staying in a hotel in a country where I don't speak the language and where I like to get tips about things to see, local transport, places to eat etc. The staff at this hotel is truly exceptional. Coffee, tea and water are complimentary. Every time I walked in they asked me if I wanted something to drink. Amazing! Falaminderit!
