The staff were absolutely exceptional - the highlight of our stay. They provided custom-cooked meals on request and immediately brought fresh towels or extra blankets whenever needed. When our suitcase combination lock malfunctioned at checkout, they stepped in with their practical skills to help us access our luggage.
