This lodge is incredibly lovely and peaceful, beautifully immersed in the Amazonia forest facing the Tambopata River. Not far from Puerto Maldonado, but you feel like lost in the deep of the forest. The rooms are huge and perfect, with an incredibile view on the river. All the meals are made with love by the kind Pierina and are truly delicious. The excursions are marvelous: we enjoyed the night walking in the forest, the kayak trip on the river, the cayman ‘buscada’ and the tour to Sandoval Lake. The staff is so caring and sweet - a special thanks to Ciro and Jaime! Our Amazonian visit could haven’t been better than here! Recommended by heart.

The best stay on our trip by far. From checking in early because we arrived by overnight bus from Cuzco, through the friendly staff and clean amenities, to the beautiful wooden lodge rooms with views of the areal. We saw multiple sloths just hanging around in the area and a couple of monkeys passing by, all from our room window! We also recommend the Lake Sandoval trip, however we had bad luck with a fog on the parrot clay lick trip, so we didnt see much there. Also they let us stay in the areal after out check out, since we had again the overnight bus leaving at 7 pm and there was no problem staying there. And lastly they have a tasty restaurant called El Faro with tasty food and reasonable prices, as well as the amazing juices! The pool is worth it too on sunny tropical day. We really enjoyed our stay here, it was like a honeymoon phase on our backpacking journey through south america and the price is so affordable!

The staff opened the resort just for me! It was unbelievable. I only had one day there and they planned everything around what was available in my time at the resort. I used their airport transfer and it was about 20 minutes away. I had a chance to shower and then lunch was ready. I explored the property and checked out the yoga area and did some meditation on my own, then my first activity was ink painting with an indigenous artist. I did not brush up on any of my spanish so I ended up using Google Translate but the information was so interesting and the artist and I worked on a piece together, then she painted my face with the same design. It was such a great experience. Dinner was served a few hours later and then I just hung out with the property gatos and just took in the beauty of being in the Amazon. The next morning I had a flower bath and it was so rejuvenating and lovely. Definitely one of the top 3 activities my whole time in Peru! Just outstanding. I would return in a heartbeat!

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, nice views outside. The meals were delicious and varied and we got juice and water as well. We booked the wild Tambopata tour and was great. Was a great place to relax at the end of the Perú trip. The tours were informative and fun and the day also had time for relaxing in the hammock. The transfer was well organized and the boat trip was comfortable.

Loved everything about this place! Beautiful and relaxing spot, very clean, it was a bit chilly at night but the hosts gave us extra blankets. The hosts are just amazing! They recommended some tours for the family (which were great!) and took care of everything, dropped us off and picked us up. We also had homemade diner there which was really great! Cannot recommend this place enough!

Very nice lodge, in the middle of the jungle. Many birds and small wild life in the lodge. Expeditions organised by the lodge are various and with excellent guide (Moses). The swimming pool is a plus. Cook is great. Bungalows are very confortable. We highly recommend !

This place is wonderful! It's so tranquil and relaxing but also absolutely teeming with wildlife - you can spot birds and monkeys from the comfort of your bed if you want.
