We are a multi-generational family, and meeting our needs can be quite hard. Blackheath Lodge exceeded our expectations in every way... the location, the staff, the food, the room! Every single aspect of our stay was amazing. I rarely write reviews, but this property deserves it. Shoutout to the whole staff, who ensured my 82-year-old mother was taken care of at every turn! I can't say enough about this property!

The property is very well located in the Centre of town, a 10 min walk from the restaurants and bars of Kloof Street and a 12 min drive to the beaches of Camps Bay and Clifton. The rooms are a great size and very clean, and come at a very reasonable price. By far the greatest attraction of staying in Cactusberry are Dorian and Kieran - absolute top lads who really know their stuff when it comes to Cape Town recs and will make sure you get the best of the city. The breakfasts are also excellent!

I was so impressed by my stay at Ikhaya Safari Lodge. The lodge is immersed in gardens and has beautiful views of vineyards and the mountain. My room was well decorated, comfortable, and clean. Kathe and the staff were kind and accommodating. I felt safe at all times, even as a solo traveler. I would highly recommend this location if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway!

Nice rooms with unique decorations, great breakfast, very nice staff throughout which was very forthcoming with suggestions for things to visit in the surroundings and explanations about cape town.
