If you dream about a cosy hotel in Vic Falls The Courtney Lodge is your place. It has the colonial charm of the Vic Falls hotel, but the advantage of the magnificent care of the Lodge's owners. The rooms, the service and the food is marvellous. It just opened up and therefore still may be a little secret and not well known but I am sure this will change.

Pamarah lodge was a breath of fresh air. The staff are exceptional and detail orientated (the welcome drink and facecloth were a nice touch). The rooms were great and clearly had a lot of thought behind them. Having USB charging on both sides of the bed, fresh ground coffee and a french press, a ceiling fan and an AC unit, and a super comfy bed. The breakfast was amazing, among the best I've had at a hotel, the restraunt at night was fantastic. The overall vibe of the place was one of relaxation. The front desk were able to organize dinners, tours, taxis, and laundry and did so with a smile. A must if in Victoria Falls.

Loved everything about our stay. From the minute we arrived, we were welcomed and made to feel at home. Shantel and all the staff were accommodating, happy to help and advise when necessary. I loved that the hotel facilities were working no water, electricity or WiFi challenges!!

My stay at Ursula Homestead was truly unforgettable. Lorraine, the host, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She went above and beyond to suggest activities and provide recommendations tailored to my interests. The food was simply exquisite, and the views were breathtaking. Waking up to the sight of elephants, giraffes, impalas, and baboons roaming freely in their natural habitat was an experience we'll never forget. The serene and peaceful atmosphere provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

We received fantastic service from the moment we landed at the airport to the moment we checked in our luggage to leave. One of our bags was lost in transit and the lodge arranged to get the bag collected from the airport for us and delivered it to our room. All staff were very friendly and made sure to stop and talk to you everyday. Any request was not an issue. We had amazing trips organised for us so we didn't have to do anything but enjoy our holiday.

The location was great, staff very friendly welcoming and efficient always willing to help. Breakfast was very good with nice healthy options. Overall a most enjoyable stay, we would definitely recommend The Shrub.

Everything. The place is really peaceful with only 4 lodges, the lodges have everything you need, Millie and the team are so nice and helpful, we really did not have to think about anything there. It also doesn’t hurt that it is right on the game reserve and you wake up to zebras, impalas and baboons!
