Situated in Golden, 7.8 km from Northern Lights Wildlife Wolf Centre and 22 km from Golden Golf & Country Club, Moberly Lodge features accommodation with free WiFi, a garden with a terrace, and access to a hot tub. The architecture and the construction of the lodge was so impressive. It is a log structure that was meticulously crafted and built. And the stone fireplace complements the wooden interior. We stayed in a room in the lodge - it was very nicely appointed and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was serviceable although the shower was small and the shower head needed to be updated. There also are cabins on the property that seemed perfect for families. Breakfast was included with our booking and it was luscious. The breakfast entry was creative and very tasty - a great way to start the day and we enjoyed meeting and chatting with other guests. It was a very comfortable stay for us and we would return in a heartbeat!

Located in the Kicking Horse River Valley surrounded by the Canadian Rocky Mountains, these cabins offer stone fireplaces and antique furniture. The property features guided hiking tours and canoe rentals. Free WiFi is available in the main lodge and most rooms. The cabin, the food, the excursion to Lake Moraine and especially the staff - all wonderful.

The lodge offers a terrace. I lovely property we already miss. The chalet has all you need to enjoy nature and adventure. We were with our two dogs who loved the experience and the property is pet friendly, we will return for sure.

Please contact us to confirm days and hours of operation during your stay. I liked the comfy bed, spacious room and bathroom. We spent two nights there and found it very pleasant. The owner has two dogs that room around who were very friendly and cute!

Kindly note that the main lodge is not pet-friendly due to the built. Only the chalet that is located just across the main lodge is pet friendly. Everything was great: the staff, the common areas, the bedroom.

The Fernie Golf and Country Club is 5 minutes’ drive from Snow Valley Lodging. The Elk River is less than 1 km from the property. Great location, with all the amenities you could need and great value for money.

This self-catering lodge offers a mountain escape. Cosy lodge, tastefully decorated, with beautiful fireplaces, great amenities, the most comfortable beds and to top it all, fantastic staff, friendly and efficient… making our stay just perfect. The hot tub and sauna after a day of skiing were a hoot as was the location (easy walk to the gondola and from the pistes). We will come again !
