An American breakfast is available at the lodge. We had an excellent stay at El Arrayan and will come back here when we have a chance. The cottages are modern and well equipped with comfy beds and a stove (prepare to fire-up before bed time as in other places at Carretera Austral too). Pablo and his wife were super hospital with fantastic and healthy breakfast and gave very helpful recommendations for places to explore around Puerto Guadal (very worthwhile to visit Mina Esquinada, Cuevas de Puerto Guadal and the Maqui waterfall). I would also highly recommend to choose dinner at El Arrayan, it's a modern and delicious interpretation of Chilean food with a regional touch which Pablo artistically prepares. It was probably the best dinners and Pisco Sours we had in our whole stay in Chile. Thank you for the beautiful 3 days!

Surrounded by a lush garden, Mallin Colorado Ecolodge offers wooden cottages overlooking General Carrera Lake. There is a restaurant serving regional and international dishes, and a buffet breakfast is served daily. There is a private beach 2 km away. It’s a quiet cozy place with amazing atmosphere where they treat you like a family. Food is fantastic, fast internet, comfortable beds, plenty of hot water in shower, extremely friendly and helpful staff… and THE VIEW! Breathtaking!

Patagonia is a luxurious mountain lodge set against the panoramic backdrop of the snow-capped Andes. It offers 4 exclusive suites with free Wi-Fi and balconies with views of Coyhaique Valley.

Suites at Patagonia Lodge are decorated with tasteful wooden floors and matching autumn décor. All have heating, and some have living rooms and spacious decked balconies. Some rooms have a TV with streaming services. Ruth and her team are doing things right. It starts with the friendly staff (and perky rescue pets) at check-in. The rooms are impeccable. High-quality matress and bedding, beautiful wood materials, very nice bathroom with walk-in shower and excellent water pressure (not always a given in this part of the country). Large picture frame windows offering views of the surrounding scenery. The grounds are well kept with a focus on endemic species of trees and plants. We had dinner at their restaurant. Again, service with a smile and really good food. Breakfast was buffet style, with cooked-to-order eggs, a selection of pastries, meats, cheeses, smoked salmon, fresh baked bread, fruits, juices, etc. etc. We traveled around Chile for about a month, and this was hands down our favorite place.

Providing mountain views, Refugio Salvatierra in Puerto Cisnes provides accommodation, a garden, a private beach area and a terrace. Both WiFi and private parking are available at the lodge free of charge. Beautiful location near the river, building is still in progress but has great potential

Tranquilo Austral features lake views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Puerto Tranquilo, 1.3 km from Marble Chapels.

Fitted with a terrace, the units offer air conditioning and feature a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. A microwave and kettle are also provided. Beautiful room with gorgeous view on the lake. Close to the town and I would stay there any time!

A bicycle rental service is available at Alto Castillo Lodge, while hiking and cycling can be enjoyed nearby. This is an amazing place. You feel at home immediately and Néstor is the prefect host. We enjoyed the meals and the view from our room. This place comes highly recommended.

Located in Puerto Bertrand in the Aysen region, Parador Loberias del Sur Puerto Bertrand provides accommodation with free private parking.

A terrace can be found at the lodge, along with a garden. The hospatability and friendship of the stuff/the people. One feels like being in a family! Parc National Patagonia not far away.

Providing mountain views, Cabañas Kuyen in Coihaique provides accommodation, a garden and a terrace.

Opening to a balcony with garden views, all units are fitted with a kitchen with a fridge and a microwave. A toaster and kettle are also featured.

A children's playground is available for guests at the lodge to use. It was even better than it looked in the pictures with a nice big log burner and lots of cut wood to keep everything toasty. But the best thing about our stay was the kindness and helpfulness of the hosts Ines and Hugo, who would always go the extra mile if you needed anything. So, although a bit out of town, getting in and out was not a problem. And Hugo would go out of his way to show us the local sights.

Guests at Baker Domo Lodge can enjoy a buffet or an American breakfast. Approach to the lodge is a fun, wild ride! Host was very kind and helpful. Dinner and breakfast was healthy, fresh and delicious! The place is rustic and the dome is done up nicely. Had a great stay!
