We recently had the pleasure of staying at this hidden gem. The mule pick-up service added a unique touch, making us feel like true adventurers as we arrived at the property. Our room had breathtaking views and we couldn't get enough of the ever-changing panorama and the sounds of the river stream and birds around us. We enjoyed Polo's culinary skills, showcasing local flavors and ingredients. The chocolate tour was an absolute highlight! Learning about the process while indulging in treats was an experience we won't soon forget. Also the inclusion of local fruits from the grounds was a delightful touch. It felt like a genuine connection to the land and its offerings. From the moment we arrived to the second we left, Polo's warm hospitality and attention to detail were evident. If you're seeking a getaway that combines stunning scenery, outstanding cuisine, and unforgettable experiences, look no further than this hidden gem!

Situé à Calabazo et offrant une vue sur la montagne, l’établissement Wachakyta Ecolodge propose un jardin, une plage privée, une terrasse, un restaurant et un bar. Watchakyta is such a unique and wonderful place to relax and disconnect: the beach is beautiful, the place is calm, there is no noise but those of nature. The team working there is absolutely amazing, everyone is super nice and as helpful as possible. We stayed 3 nights and it was the perfect spot to get some rest, swim and sleep on the beach, contemplating the ocean bay :) We will keep lovely memories from our stay here!

It's a beautiful accommodations surrounded by nature! The room is your own haven with screened walls on some walls for a bug-free immersion into the forest. Very light/clean/airy! The night insects whistle at night, and you wake to the birds in the morning! The grounds are stunning and immaculate! They have lovely cats & dogs happily enjoying the property with you! Especially Mateo!:: ... They have the best customer service, handling all your needs, and they speak English and Spanish which can be a big plus for travelers! They sent their dogs with me for the back roads hike to beautiful waterfalls! The dogs led the way (pic attached!). Then when I came back, I tracked mud all over my floor. Carmen instantly arrived with a mop and cleaned my floor! Then I had a perfectly clean room again! 👍 .... I fell in love with Trompito, and the staff here mentioned a nice apartment down the road, which ended up being perfect for me, and now I will be neighbors to this lovely accommodations that offers you a unique and complete experience of a lifetime!

This is a beautiful house with outstanding Mountain Views. You can see the dedication of the owner on every detail. It has everything one needs for a very comfortable stay. Premium mattress and linens, hot water, tasteful decorations and lots of small details. Yuca restaurant is a few steps away and we enjoyed great breakfast and dinners. Tayrona Park is 10 minutes walking distance.

Just came back from a 4 nights stay at Finca Cuipo and I can say it's absolutely perfect! The cabanas are wonderful, with an amazing balcony and view and super nice outdoor shower! Fiona and Helmut welcome you as friends and do everything they can to make sure you are having a good time. They cook great food and are always up for a nice conversation. The finca is surrounded by jungle, so it is very quiet and peaceful, perfect if you want to disconnect for a while. 100% recommended!!

Petit déjeuner efficace et restaurant avec un bon rapport qualité/prix. Piscine agréable et relaxante. Chambre spacieuse et calme. Espace extérieur formidable permettant l'observation des animaux. Chemin d'accès facile en voiture normale en roulant doucement. Calme absolu et détente assurée à proximité du parque nacional Tayrona. J'y retournerai sans hésiter.

Offering a private beach area, Playa Pikua Ecolodge is a solar-powered property situated in Guachaca between two rivers and the Caribbean sea. It's an amazing tranquil spot in between more lively hostels. Not for partygoers but for people who want to chill on the beach and/or maybe visit the neighboring hostels for a drink, but want to have their rest and peace after it. The owners as well as the personnel were extremely nice and helpful. Highly recommended!
