Situé entre la mer des Caraïbes et les canaux du parc national de Tortuguero, le Mawamba Lodge est accessible uniquement en bateau ou en avion. Très beau lodge avec passerelles et sentiers qui relient les différentes sections (restaurant, bar, chambres, etc) . Piscine très appréciée lors de journée chaude. Un des seuls lodge à distance de marche du village de Tortuguero et aussi de la mer (bien que la baignade dans la mer n’est pas possible, tout de même agréable de marcher sur la plage).

I ❤️ Mr. Willis Rankin the 1st. He is so funny, nice and knows so much about Tortuguero. The bed was so comfortable and it was even a bit chilly at night with the fan on.

Une connexion Wi-Fi est disponible gratuitement.... We were so pleased with Aninga lodge, it's setting is stunning, the facilities are great. We enjoyed being able to walk across to the neighbouring/sister hotel of Pachira lodge as well and walk through their forest walk to see lots of wildlife. Being in the pool and watching the monkies jump around in the trees above you was a treat. We were concerned that having to get the boat across to the town could be really inconvenient, but getting the boats across the water was actually all part of the experience that we really enjoyed. Absolutely fantastic hotel, we'd love to stay again!

Tortuguero Adventures Beach House is a wonderful place where I got to relax and recharge, and I met wonderful 3 people: the guide Cris, receptionist Emanuel, and his best friend Gorda 🧡🫶🧡 Tortuguero Adventures communicated clearly and promptly from the very moment I booked a room for myself in their Beach House. 🧡 I arrived earlier than planned, but they welcomed me and took a great care of me from the moment I found their main office. 🧡 Everyone I met at the place was professional and friendly. My place was clean, my bed was comfortable, and I felt safe in my room, on their property, and in Tortuguero (including the beach and streets after dark). Cris and Emanuel gave me a lot of very good information about the village, national park, restaurants, etc. I booked 3 tours with Tortuguero Adventures (canoeing and hiking tour in the park, and an evening walk in the forest). Cris has a deep knowledge and respect for nature. He sees animals no one else sees! He respects the rules of the park. Safety is nr1 for Cris. I recommend their tours! I got to see on our tours, for example 3 sloths, porcupine, 3 Red-eyed tree frogs, Cayman, all 3 species of monkeys, Basilisco café and many of Poison dart frogs! Even Green-and-rufous Kingfisher! 😍🫶 In the beach house is a little kitchen with everything you need to prepare a simple meal. All equipment in the kitchen and the gear we used during our tours were high quality and in very good conditions, clean and well maintained. 🧡 I had an air conditioning in my room, and it helped me to rest well at night.🧡 I plan to visit Tortuguero again, and I'm sure next time I'll stay and take tours with Tortuguero Adventures again. 🧡 A true Pura Vida! 🧡

Offrant une vue sur la piscine, l’établissement Laguna Lodge Full Board se situe à Tortuguero. Absolutely amazing unique place. Fun sitting out on the veranda watching the wildlife (we saw Parrots, Racoons, Frogs toads, spiders). Good variety of food and incredible early morning safari and turtle watching tours.
