From the very first moment, the impression was positive. Mr. Fraser was extremely courteous and professional—he welcomed us with a warm smile and paid great attention to every little detail, which made our experience comfortable and truly special. His manner was so refined that we felt more like guests in his home rather than just visitors. The interior was clean, elegant, and gave off a cozy, homely vibe, thanks to the overall atmosphere and the care put into every aspect. The entire experience, from arrival to departure, was seamless and reflected excellent organization, high-quality service, and a genuine concern for the guest’s comfort.
