Parking was available right at the apartment, which was very convenient. Out of all the places we stayed during our 10-day trip in Iceland, this was by far the best. A must-pick — highly recommended!

Loved this place, yes the cabin is very small so we left our suitcases in the car but for the price and location it was one of our best stays on our 16 day ring road trip People mention problems with the hot tub but when we stayed the owner met us and explained how it worked and it was really great. Make sure you visit the turf houses nearby - next to the hotel with a pool in the distance.

Beautifully decorated, comfortable, warm, well furnished, high quality linens, really fantastic. Everything you need for your stay. It was fine for me, but to note, the bedroom is up some steep stairs (clearly shown in the pictures), and these could be too much for people with limited mobility. I loved the feeling of climbing into the loft to go to a very, very comfortable bed! I loved the location, fantastic for visiting the Westfjords and for Hornstrandir.

Reykjavík Domestic Airport is 102 km from the property. Such a wonderful place, and very friendly host. We didn’t know it was a horse breeding farm, but the kids were so happy when they found out. We loved the area. It’s remote, and our navigation system led us the wrong way first, but it was so worth it. 😀😀😀😀
