Clive and Leslie run a very good boutique hotel, however, this would mean nothing if it were not for the fantastic staff. I have stayed in some very high end hotels,but the staff at Courtney Lodge treat you in a way that makes you feel truly special. Their smiles and actions are sincere, they truly want your stay to be the best ever. Taku, the manager, was incredibly helpful making transportation arrangements and providing information about activities and restaurants. The housekeepers, Rudo, Nissi and Blessed, were tirelessly working to keep the room ready for you at the end of the day and constantly cleaning around the property. But the one thing that truly impressed us was their cook Danny, who prepared great breakfasts and incredible dinners. He and Clement and Kudzi, made meals and our stay in general, very special. They do everything with genuine smiles and warmth, even the grounds keeper, Balance, always had a smile and a kind greeting. If you come to Victoria Falls, you have to experience The Courtney Lodge!

It is located in a very serene & secure neighborhood. The staff went above & beyond for my grandmother & I. I’m super grateful that I got to stay there & meet such lovely people.

The lodge offers a terrace. My stay at Ursula Homestead was truly unforgettable. Lorraine, the host, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She went above and beyond to suggest activities and provide recommendations tailored to my interests. The food was simply exquisite, and the views were breathtaking. Waking up to the sight of elephants, giraffes, impalas, and baboons roaming freely in their natural habitat was an experience we'll never forget. The serene and peaceful atmosphere provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Victoria Falls River Lodge is situated within the North East area of the Zambezi National Park, 13 km from the majestic Victoria Falls. Surrounded by lush flora, the lodge offers scenic views of the Zambezi River. My stay at Victoria Falls River Lodge – Zambezi Crescent was absolutely incredible. From start to finish, everything was perfect. The service was outstanding, and the staff truly made the experience unforgettable. Everyone—from the chef to the grounds staff—was warm, welcoming, and dedicated to ensuring a top-tier experience. The rooms have a beautiful rustic exterior while offering modern comfort inside. The property itself is stunning, and I found it worth every penny. My tour guide, Mike, was hospitable and thoughtful, making every excursion even more enjoyable. The woman who handled laundry and ironing went above and beyond—her attention to detail was truly appreciated. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to add more lighting around the property, but that’s a minor note in an otherwise flawless stay. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this lodge—10/10! A fantastic experience all around.
