The breakfast was absolutely delicious — fresh, varied, and beautifully presented every morning! The location was perfect: peaceful yet close to everything we needed, with stunning views and lovely surroundings. The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, and every detail has been thoughtfully considered to ensure maximum comfort. It was spotlessly clean, and the rooms were incredibly spacious. The staff were kind, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The family, Zo and Bertie, are by far the kindest hosts we’ve ever met — genuinely warm and welcoming. A special thank you as well to the night receptionist Florian, bartender Florians, Ornella and cleaning staff for always being helpful and treating every request with kindness and professionalism. This stay truly exceeded all our expectations!

The best hotel in Ksamil! 🙌 Excellent Service from the owner and staff from reception, kitchen, restaurant and Housekeeping they are all nice and friendly they will provide all what you needed with personal touch and service. The owner himself always ask if everything is fine and if we needed something. As we celebrate our anniversary they gave us wine and personal note they have exceptional service like a 5 star hotel.Its sad that we dont want to go home after we checkin in Sondor. The people are so accomodating. They have Modern Facilities. A newly opened hotel that has a big room with nice terrace and modern pool. The breakfast is also awesome and always fresh and wide variety of foods! the location is not far from beach and center. i wil really recommend Sondor Hotel for all visiting Ksamil and we find our second home in Ksamil when we go back next time. Surely will come back to Sondor Hotel! 🫶 More Power!

This was an amazing apartment! Close to the center and beaches but still few streets from the bars and parties. The pillows were the best I have ever laid my head on. Just an amazing accommodation and Klaudia is a great host. Her cousin was also so attentive and even gave me a lift to Sarandë! 10/10!

We loved everything about this hotel. In addition to being new, opened this year, the owner is very kind and friendly. You have access to the pool, towels are provided for the sunbeds and the bar is open from 10 am to 10 pm. Breakfast is served on the terrace and is quite diverse. Right at the exit of the hotel there is a restaurant-grill that has very good food, nearby you can find a well-stocked supermarket, pharmacies, ATMs. The nearest beach is a 4-5 minute walk away, being a beach with clear water and no waves. I recommend with confidence!

The location was superb, one of the best areas of Ksamil, only 5 min to the best restaurants and bars and we didnt need to use the car. The staff was very friendly and always helpful, room was spacious and comfortable, everything was clean , we stayed there for 2 nights but we wished we had booked sooner and more days since it was really worth it.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at Monel Hotel. The rooms were spotless, the beds were very comfortable, the staff were super friendly and the breakfast was amazing. Would definitely recommend.

What a fantastic stay we had. Ronaldo was the most wonderfully welcoming host and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time while in Ksamil. We felt right at home from the minute we landed, even doh it was 1 am when we got in we were welcomed with a hearty welcome. The hotel was perfect, we got an upgraded room and the double room was sparkling clean and spacious. All the staff at the hotel were wonderfully accommodating and anything we asked of they went out of their way to help us. The pool and lounge area was great to spend some down time and a dip in the pool was just lovely. The breakfast was tasty and refreshing every morning. We will definitely be back to stay here again. Thank you Ronaldo for looking after us at your hotel.

    The hotel is supposed to be 4 or 5 stars. The rooms don't even have a wastebin on the room. There is only a small one the in the bathroom. The hotel floor was not clean, hair and dirt. There was not water for 2 or 3 hours every day we spend there. The TV doesn't have Netflix. I was in another hotel on the same area, the name is "Luxury hotel" the price was lower and the hotel way way better. The breakfast is good tough

    Don"t be fooled by the hotel picures!!! Everething looks much better in reality!!! So I will make bellow a top down on what we liked more: 1st place goes to - Hotel Stafff! 2nd place goes to - Most clean hotel we ever stayed (it beat's some 5 stars hotel that we stayed) (daily in the room towels, sheets and so on were changed/cleaned/parfumed..) 3rd place goes to - Hotel location ( close to everething that Ksamil has to offer) - Bora Bora beach - 3-4 min walk, many taverns and shops

    Everything about this wonderful hotel is 5 star! We had such an amazing time here! We fell in love not only with ksamil, but this 10/10 hotel along with the staff and the amazing owners ! The hotel and restaurant were clearly designed with its customers in mind! The facilities were extremely clean and comfortable and the food was superb! Everyone was super accommodating, friendly and so helpful! Thank you for such an unforgettable time Blue Water Hotel! We can't wait to come back!
