Everything was excellent! The stuff was very friendly. The hotel has a great location, just next to the ski slops. The swimming pool was really good. There was a big variety of food every day. The lounge-bar (restaurant) has a great terrace with the beautiful view. Our kids enjoyed very much the kindergarten with the internal playground. The lady working there, if I remember correctly was called Ella, was extremely kind. We got short of diapers for our baby and she was so kind to buy and bring us one package from her town nearby.

We were in the villa. We loved the design, the colors, and the outdoor pool with fun background music.

The hotel is really, really good! Much better than the other hotels in Borovets. Perfect location near to the slopes, at the same time really quiet. The service was also on a high level, special greetings to Zdravka on the reception desk, she also helped us to extend out stay and to feel comfortable. For sure we will use this hotel going forward. Thank you!

Villa Anna (the 5 bedr one) has everything that you may want & more. The fireplace. the pool table & the jacuzzi kept us entertained- kids 7 adults. What made our stay memorable though were the lovely hosts who managed the villa: Konstantin & Meggy- nothing was too much for them! Always at your disposal, with a smile, very polite & friendly. Their cooking & serving: was 5-star service, but tastier!! Highly recommend it for any family/ friends gatherings, and whatnot, but having a car is a must! Thank you for the lovely experience and hospitality!!
