The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. The hotel's location is wonderful, and there is a road just beside the hotel that is full of shops, restaurants and supermarkets. The rooms were very spacious and clean with all required facilities available. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a lot of different variety. Special thanks to Mr. Mohammed in the reception for being so helpful and welcoming throughout the stay.

The hotel grounds are very well maintained and the entire staff is extremely polite and helpful. The guests want for nothing. We had the resort almost to ourselves during Ramadan, which is of course a special feature. The beach is regularly maintained and the pools are very warm, even when it is still spring-like temperatures outside. The sea is beautifully divided by a separate island. We felt extremely comfortable and relaxed in the resort, even for a few short days. Worth mentioning is the very good spa, the high quality of the food and the entire ensemble of the hotel complex.

    Superb hotel! Excellent breakfast! The penthouse suite was rather lavish and the family loved it. But more than anything else. the staff at Swiss Belsuites were amazing. We had an issue with a lost ID and they did everything they could to help locate it. Special mention to the Front Desk Manager, Mr Mahmoud and also his staff, especially Feby.
