Our stay at Le Méridien Xi’an was unforgettable, thanks to Hao Lan’s exceptional service. As a birthday surprise for my partner (his first time in China) Hao Lan went above and beyond—offering early check-in and even arranging a delicious complimentary cake that made the celebration extra special. We stayed at the Panorama King Room with River View, very spacious and great value. The Breakfast buffet was exceptional with a wide variety of choices. we enjoyed everything about this hotel. The hotel is located inside the city walls and it is very central, close to many sites of interests, a great neihbourhood with many charming streets with many eateries and coffee places. Absolutely lovely. The breakfast was amazing, the room was super comfortable, spacious, cozy and modern. The hotel is very stylish and really well designed. We had a great stay !

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Xi’an! The location is very convenient – close to the metro and a large shopping center, with plenty of small eateries nearby. The neighborhood is quiet and comfortable, yet still not far from the city center. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished in a very cozy and comfortable style. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and we truly felt at home during our stay. A special thanks goes to the host, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. When we planned to go up Mount Huashan, he checked the weather forecast, contacted the administration, and informed us that the mountain was closed – something we would never have known otherwise. We are so grateful for his care and for making our temporary home feel so welcoming.

It was a beautiful hotel. Our room was amazing, so comfortable and elegant, with a beautiful small private garden area. The food choices at breakfast were excellent and we ate one delicious evening meal here. The staff were lovely and so helpful. They found out it was my birthday when I was staying and delivered a gift and cake to the room.
