- the hotel is positioned somewhere on the hill, from where you can observe the city of Florina.

- i had 2 stays at this hotel and everything was as I expected!
- i left my laptop charger in the room and I got a call from the reception somewhere 5 minutes after I left! I was surprised by the promptness of the staff!

Everything was delightful - the location, luxurious room (and the stunning view), the friendly and helpful staff, the gourmet food in the restaurant and the amenities (a lovely day spa)

Nice location vert close to the centre of Florina and wirh nicw views of the city. Excellent facilities, rooms, very nice lobby and terrace. Superb breakfast. Great reception, very friendly and knowledgable personnel and receptionist.
Nice gym area. Spacious terrace.
