Really really good hotel. Amazing and very helpful stuff, they always smile, greet you while walking around, they are always there to support and make you feel like welcome. They clean the room twice per day and mini-bar is refreshed daily which is included in the package. Plenty of food available throughout the day and also we had a chance to see the dinner on 24-Dec and it was really seen that they paid very close attention to details and spend big time to prepare this special dinner, it was an amazing dinner. Our room was far from the main dining and bar area which pushed us to walk so we were making about like 10.000 steps per day which was really good. we read a lot of negative comments about the wifi connection but we had a very good connection. Literally from beginning to end the experience exceeded our expectations! Food wise: Not only breakfast but also, all board meals were delicious and many varieties of food to choose from. Activities: Many activities are available some are complimentary and some cost money to do. Staff: The staff are very friendly and helped us with everything we asked for or wanted. They prepared a cute birthday cake for me on arrival.

Truly heaven. Rooms are spacious, well decorated and private. Beaches are tranquil, crystal clear and quiet. Those buggy drivers deserve a raise as they remember mostly every single guest in a very short time. It's great that we were the very first guests of the Mediterranean restaurant Olives and Vine, the chef, the waiter Rajesh and waitress Sai did a great job making the dinner outstanding. We also went for a manta ray snorkeling tour and it was fanstatic. Highly recommend this resort.

The staff was so nice and helpful, and I have never experienced such great service anywhere else. The resort has so many beautiful details, including in the rooms and in the restaurants. Great activities and the food options are great. We loved everything about our stay.

Excellent service, very attentive staff. Felt right at home from the beginning. Clean rooms. Excellent food in the water villa restaurant, and variety of other food options across the various other restaurants.

The water villas are specious and very clean. They are serviced twice a day everyday. They have an air-con and a fan.
