The property was stunning. There’s a private beach and infinity pool. You don’t really need to leave the resort. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly. We also enjoyed a massage and it was one of the best.

Every morning, they leave the flowers with a paper (listed schedule of activities and the weather) in front of the door. I was impressed with their services. Staff were all friendly and welcoming all the time. I stayed for a week, and everything was perfect! I'll definitely stay in Crimson again if I visit Cebu again.

Our second stay here, following our initial visit in 2024, reaffirmed why it remains our top choice among Mactan resorts. After visiting family in Cebu, we always opt for Sheraton Mactan as a serene retreat before returning to our country. This resort delivers unparalleled relaxation, away from the urban jungle's noise, and offers exclusivity without the disturbance of screaming children. The staff provides exceptional service, going above and beyond to assist guests. The breakfast buffet offers an impressive array of choices, while the rooms are spacious and the beds extremely comfortable. This resort is indeed a haven for us.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, rooms are so clean and have all the facilities you need, beautiful view from balcony. The food was incredible, breakfast was satisfying and lots of choices. We spent a whole day between the beach and the pool and it was super relaxing, really enjoyed it. Everyone working at the hotel is super friendly and made our stay perfect.

The absolute perfect place to stay if you need a quick trip to the airport. We had an early flight, so it was so handy to only be five minutes to the airport. It was really easy to get a Grab from to the airport at 5:30am and also security can organise a taxi if needed. They were really helpful and friendly. There is an excellent Italian restaurant across the road, which we found perfect for a quiet and close dinner. There is also a laundromat opposite, which was great for getting all of our clothes cleaned and ready for our trip home. The apartment itself is so cute, clean and comfortable. Comfortable bed, mattress on the floor was good too, great shower, air-conditioning and balcony. Everything was perfect. We'll definitely stay again 😃

    I've stayed at all luxury resorts in Cebu/Mactan and the Reef is by far the best when it comes to the breakfast. Great variation from day to day. One day I asked if the enchiladas contained pork, which they did and which I don't eat, so the helpful staff asked the chef to make a vegetarian enchilada for me. Overall 5/5. First time I had an early check-in in Cebu in 10 years (we arrived at 11 and the room was ready). All other places you have to wait even if the room is ready.
