The location was perfect - staff were very friendly and it was very clean. Very clean, air conditioned room. Very comfy beds. The hotel is located near the beach, very clean and beautiful. Polite, helpful, staff.

Roza Luxury Cat Ba Hotel was the perfect escape for our island getaway. From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and well taken care of. The hotel is surrounded by peaceful natural scenery, and its location at the end of the promenade makes it wonderfully quiet, yet still close enough to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The rooms were clean, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed. After a long day of exploring Cat Ba, it was such a pleasure to come back to a comfortable bed and air-conditioned space. The staff were always available, helpful, and very kind. One of our favorite spots was the rooftop, where we could enjoy the cool breeze and views of the surrounding area. It’s a great place to enjoy a drink or simply relax in the evening. We will definitely be back!

The seafood was outstanding, and the sunset dinner on the upper deck was one of the most romantic experiences we’ve ever had. The excursions were thoughtfully planned and well-paced. We kayaked through hidden lagoons, explored magnificent caves, and visited a peaceful floating fishing village. Every stop gave us a deeper appreciation for the natural and cultural richness of Ha Long Bay. Food was great (which isn’t common in a cruze), great staff, room were huge.
