You would get a care right from the moment you booked the room here. Everything is warmy as the felling you're at home. The smiles you see everywhere, from the manager, the reception or even from the houskeeping whom never know who you are. Room is new, nice and clean. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Everything is perfect. 200% recommend this place to everyone.

Every meal was a delicious journey through Vietnamese flavors, beautifully presented and crafted with fresh, local ingredients. The seafood was outstanding, and the sunset dinner on the upper deck was one of the most romantic experiences we’ve ever had. The excursions were thoughtfully planned and well-paced. We kayaked through hidden lagoons, explored magnificent caves, and visited a peaceful floating fishing village. Every stop gave us a deeper appreciation for the natural and cultural richness of Ha Long Bay. This cruise over 2 night/3 days was the highlight of our honeymoon. The service and quality of the staff was incredible. Attentative and sensitive to our personal interaction needs was just amazing! The flowers and the cake just brialliant. Unfortunately, we didn’t get everyone’s names that contributed to our fantastic experience but these are some. Bui Trung Hieu who felt like our private butler! His attention to our needs and care was just brilliant. Others include, Pham Huyen Trang, Lo van Dung and Tony from the Sun Deck! in addition, was the MC whose name I only heard second hand as Mr J! A true leisure industry professional and his team reflects this! thank you! The quality of the boat matches the service. The food is truly excellent. All in the Cruise was worth every cent and rivals any of the top hotels I have been fortunate enough to stay in. THANK YOU!
