Really great attention to detail. This was one of the best dorm rooms I've ever stayed in: the interior was clean and inviting, and they did a great job with finishing touches like free toiletries, slippers and shower shoes for each dorm guest. The secure lockers were a plus. And I really enjoyed the free breakfast, snacks and tea throughout the day too. Overall the staff were also v welcoming and offered us free beers one evening after a nice chat. Xi'an is a fantastic city - make sure you check out the great mosque if you're visiting the muslim bazaar (this was my personal highlight).

Staff were extremely helpful and offered choice of room as well as information about it. The facilities were excellent and great value for money. Hotels in Beijing at double the price were not so elegant and clean. Location was also excellent. It was quiet and private despite being in the very centre of Xi'an.

The Staff members were very polite, helpful in nature and were warm towards me. I had a memorable first time experience in China, thanks to them. The breakfast buffet was do delicious and grand. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone because of their professionalism.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Xi’an! The location is very convenient – close to the metro and a large shopping center, with plenty of small eateries nearby. The neighborhood is quiet and comfortable, yet still not far from the city center. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished in a very cozy and comfortable style. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and we truly felt at home during our stay. A special thanks goes to the host, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. When we planned to go up Mount Huashan, he checked the weather forecast, contacted the administration, and informed us that the mountain was closed – something we would never have known otherwise. We are so grateful for his care and for making our temporary home feel so welcoming.
