Always friendly and positive, ready to help on any issue. They checked us in and checked us out in a couple of minutes. The room is equipped with a small refrigerator, safe, air conditioning and a furnished balcony. The room itself was clean and the daily cleaning made it even cleaner. Also the cleaning staff are very friendly. The shower cabin is spacious and comfortable. You can open the window in the bathroom. Breakfast is varied - eggs every day, some meat, lots of pastries, cheese, sausage, yoghurt, fruits and vegetables. Lots of cold and hot drinks. It's literally 10 minutes to the beach at a leisurely pace. There are hundreds of restaurants and a bus stop nearby. The central train station and bus to San Marino are a 15-minute walk away. The rooftop pool is clean and there are enough sun beds and umbrellas. The guy from the pool bar fought a seagull when he saw it trying to get things out of our bag! Special thanks to him I don’t remember when I received such high consideration. Perhaps only in hotels of the Hyatt level. We will definitely come back here again and again.

But once we entered our suite everything was magical, It was like the room, the walls, the windows could tell you the story of the city. And an excellent buffet breakfast the next morning as well. The hotel is partly located in a 600-year-old building, beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated. The restaurant on site was a real highlight – the pizza was excellent, and the daily special, wild boar roast with vegetables, was simply amazing. The service was extremely friendly and attentive. We will definitely come back!
