The location and amenities were fantastic. Bed was comfortable (maybe better quality bedding in 100% good quality cotton would make it even better). Good showers and good water pressure.

The atmosphere is amazing, it is an oasis in the middle of the jungle. So quiet and peaceful yet very comfortable. Beautiful nature all around. Two pools, one in the sun and one in the shade. Also a free Mayan sauna. We had the villa which was amazingly decorated, water pressure very good. We received welcome drinks when arrived. You will have to eat at the hotels restaurant but it is very very good! Prizes are fair for the good quality and amount of food. Morning yoga so fun! And most importantly - the staff were absolutely fantastic and we felt so welcome and well taken care of. Iguana’s are btw a part of the crew. There is cenotes in the area you can walk to.

Just close enough to Tulum to go for the day, but then to retreat to your quiet, beautiful oasis. Yes, there is no AC, but I promise you don't need it. You have cool fresh air and a couple of fans. I even got a little chilly and used both blankets. Slept like a baby.

The cenote and the river that exists inside the hotel makes the scenery even more beautiful. There are bicycles that you can use for free in order to move from one place to another, since the hotel resort is huge. In the reception, Michelle is a valuable asset for the hotel, since she is willing to help you for any requests and make your stay unforgettable. A really must do, is the excursions that Gonzalo operates in the hotel. He is so amazing and this guy really loves his job so much!! The river experience is definitely worth it and all these faculties are for free. The cleaning of the room was done 2 times per day and it was the most incredible clean room that we have ever stayed. The type of room was a hacienda with high ceiling where you could enjoy silence and the sounds of the jungle. The hotel, arranged us a surprise in our room for our wedding anniversary with a very romantic decor and a champagne. That was really the best way to start our stay.

Certain units at the property include a balcony with pool view. Casarte is a beautiful Boutique Hotel, exactly as described. It’s clean, has amazing art pieces and you can feel the love to detail. The gem of the house is definitely its owner Fabrizio. He is always available and goes above and beyond to make sure that one has the best time. He recommended great restaurants to us and gave us tips on excursions and checked in with us every day! There is free and delicious red wine for the guests and after Fabri noticed that we like to drink beer, he even filled the fridge for everyone with beer. Another plus was the filtered water, so we never had to buy water and just refilled our bottles. The concept that casarte is your home away from home definitely works. It doesn’t have the typical hotel vibe but rather feels like a vacation home. Definitely recommend staying at this beautiful place!
