Chambre très bien équipée et très propre, salle de bain également (dentifrice, brosse à dents, cape de douche, savon, eau chaude), lit confortable, climatisation. L'accueil à la réception est chaleureux. Le personnel souriant, disponible, professionnel et d'une grande gentillesse. Petit déjeuner buffet très copieux et salle de restaurant superbe. Un établissement de grande classe que je recommande.

L’établissement Hotel Barahi Kathmandu est idéalement placé à Katmandou. The hotel staff is so kind and polite, that at one point I wondered whether I even deserve to be treated THAT nice! Really, I felt like a queen. These are the kind of people who say "you're the MOST welcome, ma'am" instead of "you're welcome" and if an issue arises, they solve it in seconds. What an exceptional hospitality! Everything matches the pictures and there is everything you would expect from a 5-star hotel: comfortable big beds with crispy bedsheets, amazing breakfast, beautiful infinity pool etc., but there are also some nice unexpected touches, like a welcome drink upon arrival, or Chenrezig mantra softly playing in the background during breakfast. It's crazy how you can get such service for such relatively low price. Unmatched quality. The only "disadvantage" is that you get spoiled and it's more difficult to stay in other hotels later.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine hospitality that made us feel right at home. The resort is beautifully maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms, peaceful surroundings, and plenty of space to relax. The service was excellent — every staff member we met was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The atmosphere of the resort is calm and refreshing, making it the perfect escape from the busier parts of the city. Everything was well taken care of, and we left feeling relaxed and grateful for such a wonderful stay. I would happily recommend Soltee Westend Resort to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a welcoming environment.
