The location is good it is near some great restaurants and attractions. You will have a nice view of the villages and the rice fields down there. The room was nice and clean, the restaurant and free breakfast was fantastic it has a lot of varieties and options must of all they care for Muslims and halal food. The staff were so nice and helpful with checking in and out they even advised us to leave the baggage in the lobby and they give you an umbrella everytime you go outside. I really enjoyed my stay there and wish that I stayed longer.

Throughout my time at the hotel, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, frequently checking in to see how I was doing. Julie, in particular, was incredibly hospitable **from the moment I arrived until my last day**, making sure I had everything I needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. Her kindness and attentiveness truly made a difference. As a solo traveler, feeling safe and well taken care of is essential, and Bamboo Sapa Hotel delivered on all fronts. The combination of **great facilities, warm hospitality, and thoughtful gestures** made my experience in Sapa even more memorable. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!
