Everything was perfect from the moment I arrived in the lobby. All the staff from the receptionists to the cleaning staff to the restaurant staff has been nothing but spectacular, they even gave me a letter thanking me for staying here and last day at breakfast they gave a personalised dessert as a surprise. Restaurant has enough options for different lifestyles. As a matter of fact I was so satisfied that I decided to extend my stay and got a free upgrade and switched to the top floor.

Courtyard by Marriott Al Barsha, Dubai is located on Al Barsha Road, right behind Mall of the Emirates, and is at a 5-10 minute walking distance from Mall of the Emirates & Mashreq Metro Stations.

A great and personalized experience. Jose reached out to me before our trip began and asked if we had any specific requirements. He also suggested to consider using Marhaba Meet and Greet for a smoother journey upon arrival at the airport which was helpful. Bhaumik Soneji from Rayna Tours at the Concierge was very nice and helpful in arranging tickets and personalized tours for me and my family (traveled with my wife and two daughters ages 6 and 2) including yacht tour around the Marina, Desert Safari, Aquarium, Burj Khalifa, Miracle Gardens, Atlantis Aquaventure park etc. Sachin at the front desk was always willing to extend a helping hand with our bags, luggage and taxis / transfers. Bilal and Anastasia Sidorova facilitated a smooth check out, reviewed our experience and were very receptive to the suggestions I had.
