Brilliant location with no traffic notice. Place was spotless and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Ideal spot for exploring the area.

The owners, Mike and Charlotte, were fantastic. We had good comms from the start as we didn't arrive till 2 days after the booking..Nothing was a problem for them and they were so flexible. They are a credit to their business. I just wished I could have stayed longer it was fabulously clean and in an excellent location. I would thoroughly recommend staying here if you are in this area. Thank you for making our stay very comfortable , and I hope to see you again next year.

Friendly, clean, we could leave our bags at reception as our flight was only later in the day. We will definately book here again if we have to visit NZ. Nice hot shower.

The location was near enough to walk to the good shopping areas of Merivale. Its location on Papanui Rd made easy car access to pretty much anywhere in Christchurch. The people at reception were lovely and welcoming. The room had a lovely charm- old world and modern mixed nicely together. Our room was spacious, with a sweet lttle lounge/kitchen area separate to the bedroom. The bed was lovely- comfortable and with lovely bedlinen. The bathroom was roomy and adequate equipped. The shower had a nice quality of shampoo/comditioner. Parking was easy-right outside our ground level room. The wifi was good and Real milk provided on arrival😊(Its the little things that matter!)
