We stayed here with our 2 kids for 3 days. The room was clean and comfortable. The host was very welcoming and helpful. She gave us alot of recommendations on what we could do around the area and also gave us a list of activities we could do on one of the rainy days. The location is central in Cape Cod as well and has alot of activities and attractions around it. There is also a choice of places nearby to dine at.

This was a very comfortable stay, I liked the parking right at the door of your unit, nice outdoor area to have picnic, play basketball and go for a swim. There's a woodland to take a stroll in too. Spacious rooms and had everything you need. Tea and coffee at the main office when feeling like it. There's a good restaurant right next door. Room has reliable heater or a/c and showe, as well as fridge and microwave which came in handy.
