AustraliaThe staff were amazing - SO friendly and helpful, from picking me up at the bus station, allowing an early check in, the daily fresh cookies (thanks Amber!), to dropping me back later!
The rooms were clean, comfortable and have everything you need.
There are a lot of options for eating - totally recommend the Zone Bar across the road. Falls, Temple and old town are walking distance (main city is a little further)
Would stay there again and totally recommend!

I loved staying at Motel West. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very comfortable and the location was great. I ended up spending more time than I had initially planned because it was such a great experience and such a great value as well. There’s lots of great hiking and beautiful places in the area. I will definitely stay here again when I’m passing through Idaho Falls.

Staff was super helpful when I needed to check in early. I love these older motels, and this one has been kept in good shape. Walkable to food and other shopping. Comfortable, clean, convenient, the 3 C"s I look for when traveling.
