Just everything. Super nice hotel luxurious at very affordable price- close from Universal Studios (one stop by metro just in front of the hotel) and Osaka world expo). Staff so lovely and helpful.

Everything. The onsen is absolutely top notch, with a large hot bath, two small outdoor baths that were slightly hotter, a cold bath (rare for Japan!) and a sauna for women (only place that I've had one! Other hotels incluse saunas for men but not women). Ameneties were great, room was compact but very well designed, location was excellent. One of our best hotels during our three week trip in Japan. Staff was also really friendly and personable. You don't wear shoes inside of the hotel (there are shoe lockers) and that is so, so nice. Perfect stay! Arigato gozaimasta from Amsterdam!! 🇳🇱🇯🇵

True to their name, really super hotel. Staff are very helpful and professional, the room was comfortable, food was excellent, and the onsen added a lot to the already quite pleasant experience. Nice location as well, with easy access to Osaka Station.

We loved our stay, the room was very comfortable, with an incredible view from the 20th floor! The hotel was clean and silent, even though it has a party floor, we did not notice any additional noise or confusion. It is well served of public transportation and with several convenience stores very close, as well as restaurants. Would definitely recommend it for a stay in Osaka.

Hotel is close to Awaza metro Station, pink line. U can connect to Nankai airport line via Namba station. 15 min walk for Life Supermarket and 25 min walk for Aveon Mall. On the 1st floor (close to front desk) they have free soft drinks & coffee machine; smoking terrace and big closet with pillows, pijamas and amemities Japanese and European style breakfast was good, breakfast room is open between 06.00-09.00 AM. Hotel provided free lockers on check in and check out day. That helped us a lot :) Front desk employees speak very good english. I had stayed in 3 different hotels during my vacation and Super Hotel was the best. Although it would be amazing if hotel sell their branded products. For example, I would love to buy their bags. Hotel would have free advertising around the world and guest would have memorable gifts. But they don't :)

Super hotel is awesome value for money, location close to shin Osaka station, staff are super cheerful and happy to help. Breakfast is tasty. Pillow selection on check in is better than most larger hotels.

All staffs are very kind and they provided high quality of services. Onsen was great and also Kaiseki dinner was awesome and delicious. Stay at Okuno Hosomichi was an unforgettable time for us. At the room there were various snacks, fruits and drinks. Thank you and we will stay again when we visit Arima Onsen once again.
