We drove to this place and they welcome us at the car park. The staffs were very very helpful. Check in was smooth and we got a surprise upgrade from the boss. It was indeed a wonderful Christmas present for our family. The room, the food, the vibes were exceeding our expectation. Just amazing! So many beautiful details everywhere on the property and the rooms like ikebana, face mask, private dining room for everyone, all electricity outlets covered with different prints, unique furniture..So much love and thought was put into everything. The staff and the owner went the extra mile eg special drop off time, adjusted breakfast time just for me..The breakfast and dinner were out of this world delicious.

- The room was huge. All inclusive. My room had the bathtub. River view was also nice. - The breakfast and dinner were delicious. We can see that they made a lot of effort in detail. - The hotel offers 6 onsen baths (4 inside the hotel; 2 outside which you need to walk down the stairs). - Staff were super friendly.

Staff is really kind, and the owner is a really cool person. Also, the onsen is great for relaxing. Had a great time, and got know many interesting places near the city. Ukiha is a happy place to stay. The owner and staff were generous and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. There was an elegance in every aspect. A very traditional Japanese experience for us. The food in our own dining area was excellent.
