We didn't have breakfast as we had an early flight out of Tokyo. Our room, the bedding and bathroom facilities were excellent and perfect for our needs.The walk to Terminal 3 was without anxiety as the route was well marked and not far from the hotel.

It’s basically in terminal 3 (don’t even have to go outside). I had morning flight so checked in and came back to hotel for shower before ambling across and through security, ideal layover hotel. Staff top notch.

once we adapted to the Japanese spa experience .. ie separate communal bathing and spa it was wonderful. the treatments are excellent and we completely relaxed . the futon beds were a shock but we soon adapted

To me, once you’ve stayed at a Dormy Inn hotel, you crave for some more. It’s mainly because everything was wonderful—the room (bigger and neater than I expected, and of course super clean), the breakfast (highly recommended—I give it an A+—will explain more later), and the location (in Ginza, not far from the big department stores like Mitsukoshi, Ginza 6, and the Ginza subway station is about an 8 minute walk (a fair walk but there’s always something to see in between), very quiet and clean roads and back street alleys, and a Family Mart right across the hotel). I must mention the superb onsen on the B1 floor (one fairly large hot pool, a nice sauna, and a little cold tub fit for one person, plus several individual bathing areas), AND the glorious breakfast (probably the best of the 4 hotels I was at in the 15-day trip of Japan—a solid A+ from me!! Ample food, a variety of delicious and healthy Japanese dishes, and always readily served when it’s almost gone).

Everything was perfect! The design of the hotel is a perfect balance of traditional and modern, the room had a clean tatami, a comfortable bed and a stunning view on Tokyo. The onsen/sento in the last floor is amazing, it also has an external pool which is so rare too! Breakfast was on point - traditional one - and the staff has been very helpful and supportive. The price for a night is incredibly cheap and I still can't figure out why they don't double it up as they could easily :D

There are just so many amenities! I ended up coming back to the hotel quite early because it was pouring rain, and I ended up entertaining myself for hours between the onsen, the free drinks and snacks, and the massage chairs.
