All staffs are very kind and they provided high quality of services. Onsen was great and also Kaiseki dinner was awesome and delicious. Stay at Okuno Hosomichi was an unforgettable time for us. The breakfast was amazing. It was delivered to my room and had little plates of different things. The private onsen reservations were so lovely and outdoor so you can see into the garden. The staff was really helpful and would drive us anywhere in the town as part of the service.

We spent a wonderful 2 nights at this enchanting hotel to celebrate our 5-year anniversary. From the room to the food, the building and the Onsen, it was a celebration for all the senses. The food was exceptional - from dinner to breakfast, the dishes were prepared with the freshest ingredients, all sourced locally. What made the stay truly special was the staff, who went above and beyond to make our experience memorable.

The hotel is an amazing place to relax and enjoy a short stay. The staff was friendly and warm. The room was comfortable, clean and very well equipped. The public bath was amazing with the wonderful view of colorful trees. The breakfast was amazing. We had a memorable stay in Arima onsen. Hope we can repeat it.
