For 2000 yen, we get a whole onsen all to ourselves (4 pax) and there is even an outdoor onsen pool. Shower facilities and amenities are great. Breakfast was good - they offer Japanese and western. The hotel is clean and really close to Hirafu grand ski area. There is a drug store which is less than 50m from the hotel and sells basically everything. 2 more convenience store down the road (5-8 mins walk). All smiles and even take time to go to my parents' room to assist on WiFi etc. The room is so big and clean. The private onsen was excellent. You pay for one flat rate and you can go in as a group and also there are indoor and outdoor onsen. The team also help us with our luggages and bid us goodbye warmly.
