For example, when the front desk called for a taxi, one of the concierges in the lobby escorted us to the taxi, and made sure the driver knew where we were going. The rooftop pool and spa were most welcome after a long day of travel.

I enjoyed this hotel for its stunning mountain views, and we were fortunate to have the entire place to ourselves during our stay. However, there is room for improvement in the onsen facilities

The guest house is located in a geothermal area, with a number of hot springs nearby for guests to relax in. Great hostal! Close to a bus stop and out of the city so it’s quiet. Really nice host who has travelled the world and speaks perfect English. Highly recommended!
