Its in the Aomori ststion with department store underneath. You can also walk to fish market, ferry, hokkodamuru and paper lamp museum from the hotel. Its very convenient.

From the drinks bar at check-in to the tasting room open all day to the all-you-can-drink plan at dinner, the hotel was really quite generous with their liquid offerings. Even non-drinkers are accommodated with plenty of alcohol-free options. We also liked that they had multiple private baths on site. The main onsen were also quite nice. The food was fantastic and the beef served at dinner was some of the best I've had.

Definitely a place for you to enjoy and relax. They also provide free ride from the bus stop to the hotel directly. You can also book a private bath directly at the hotel if the room type don’t come with it at an additional cost.

It was absolutely exceptional, from the food, to the staff, to the service and hot springs, everything was simply immaculate. You cannot get any better than this.

The dinner and breakfast were excellent - some of the best food we had in Japan. The private onsen was great, beautiful outlook onto the snow, water not too hot. Staff very friendly and accommodating to our very poor Japanese - google translate worked well for us all!

The Ryokan team always made sure to accommodate our wishes. We really enjoyed our stay even though our Japanese was very basic.
