The place is excellent - pictures do not give it a justice! The flat is very spaciuos, two bedrooms, one with master bed, second with two single beds. There is a kitchen with a launge with two sofas where you can also sleep. There is a cooker, oven, fridge, electric kettle... all you need if you want to cook. All the rooms and the kitchen/launge have air conditioning! The bathroom is equipped with a shower. There is also a washing machine (old but fully working, I used it) which is great if you travel with kids or plan a longer stay. There is a nice, spacious porch at the back of the house with sofa, armchairs and table. The hosts are lovely, friendly people who cook very well. They use local ingredients, I believe most of the vegetables were from their garden. You can order breakfasts and dinners at an extra cost. Area is beautiful and the place is located close to Permet, thermal water and the Langarica Canyon. Summarizing, the price is very low for what you get. I very much recommend!

If you are looking for a place that's a little out of the way, amidst some fields and gardens, you should book here. Quiet rural stay with a lovely family. They will cook you a simple meal at the end of the day if you wish. Very good access to Langarica from here. We fell in love with the grandmother.

The place in general is very lovely. Quiet and peaceful, clean and confortable. The two owner are so nice and thoughtful. Always there for you if you need something. The mother is amazing, always thinking of a way to make you feel at home with some fruits, something to drink,... Very very good place to stay, most recommended. The house is located in a small village, very close to the river and 2 restaurants (we especially liked Vitora). The bedroom has good airco and is quiet. We've had a good sleep during our stay. It was very easy to have contact with the host via WhatsApp. Also met the parents of the host. Very friendly people. From Petran you can easily explore the beautiful area of mountains and the Vjosa river. We would recommend Sopotit waterfall and Langarica Canyaon, Highly recommended accomodation, good value for money.
