Gregory and Anna were excellent hosts. It is a brand-new building, spacious, clean and comfortable. They went out of their way to make things easy and simple. Anna's breakfasts were a feast, for the eyes and the taste buds. Thank you so much! Their home was our first night and days in Armenia, and it was a lovely introduction. It is a few kilometers from Khor Virap. Advice: get up early for the best icon shots of the monastery with Mt Ararat as a backdrop. You will be back in time for breakfast at 9:00.

Breakfast was splendid and the staff incredibly nice ! The hostel is right behind Republic square which makes it really easy for transport, and the place is great whatever your situation is : travelling with the computer and with work to do or for tourism... If I come back to Yerevan I'll come back there without a doubt !

They provide baby shampoo soap n shower gel even slippers for kids in the room,,,,cookies was delicious .....bed was comfortable baby cot was safe n clean...love the view from my balcony ..republic square was approax 20 min walking distance from the hotel but the best part was atleast hotel provided free transportation from hotel to republic square ..drinks they provided close to reception they kept for guest loved it .....and my 1 year 5 months old daughter loved the kids room she enjoyed alot in the kids room at the hotel very beautiful n spacious...all the staff were helpful from reception to the restaurant etc and the best part was the view of the hotel water fountain....my daughter love the swing ...it was so relaxing in the hotel love hearing birds chirping.....

Loved everything! My best stay in 3 wks in Georgia and Armenia. Location is excellent, near Republic Sq, very clean and new, friendly receptionist, love the lavazza coffee corner, and the beds/pillows are so comfortable, I felt like I was sleeping in clouds! They also allowed me to check in early after I arrived by overnight train from Tbilisi. In short, everything was just perfect!
