Family run hotel located in the centre of nice little village, surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery. It has a restaurant with tasty local dishes, few small shops just across the road, good WiFi. Very kind owner with well spoken English. Place to store our 2 bicycles.

Mary and her family were the kindest and most welcoming hosts we could wish for. Right upon our arrival they offered us tea and refreshments and gave us various tips on what to see in the area.Their homemade dinners and breakfasts (served at a terrace with wonderful views) are huge and simply delicious, absolutely perfect after a whole day spent in the mountains around Haghpat. The room itself is very light and spacious, located in a house in the middle of a rural vegetable garden a few hundred meters from the monastery. In spite of our very poor knowledge of Russian, Mary's parents were always very friendly and open to talk with and fully accommodated all our wishes. We'll be very happy to come again if ever back in Armenia. Thank you! <3

If you want authentic local contact, a very nice stay! Very sympathic host, who can make you diner using their own garden harvest. Very affordable price to. Small village, still we had a hard time finding the accommodation. Highly recommended.
