We were well informed about how the self check in works. The appartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had everything we needed and the view from the appartment was amazing. There were plenty of buses from just outside the appartment to take us to the city centre and the cable cars to take you up the mountains were just minutes away. The zoo was also just a five minute bus journey. We had a fantastic holiday

We have just completed a 2 night stay in a family suite and I can not rave about this hotel enough. All the staff were incredibly friendly and professional and so good with my 10 year old daughter. The indoor and outdoor playroom were a big hit and the pool area is amazing. The food was excellent and our room was even nicer than the pictures. Thank to everyone for making my 50th birthday a memorable one!!!

The breakfast was exceptional, plenty to choose from and all fresh, it certainly set my day up. Coffee choices were great. The room with a balcony was excellent, the room was very spacious and comfortable, bathroom was also very spacious. The cleanliness of the room and hotel was excellent, and the staff were very helpful and cheerful. The view from the outside of the breakfast lounge area was very good and the hotel was in a great location, bus was 13 stops away from the city centre. I would recommend getting a Salzburg card.     Amazing spacious apartment with beautiful mountain views, rustic decor, modern appliances, comfortable beds, car parking and easy access to the city centre by bus. Very roomy for a family of four (third bedroom sleeping an extra two is nice enough but very low ceiling and floor-level beds). Kind and responsive host. We have family nearby and would very much like to stay here again next time we visit them.

    Very clean rooms and the heating works very well. Outside, the sound of a mountain stream can be heard and the air smells like forest. The staff is very friendly, and a restaurant is available in the same building, free parking is available, and there is a bus stop accross the street

    An amazing style of accomodation with a balcony for a reasonable price. A good location with wonderful view onto the mountains between Salzburg (A) and Berchtesgaden (D). Clean and large enough rooms, well equiped kitchen with appliances in a fitted kitchen. A living room with a TV set. Parking lots free of charge in front of the house.
