Loved our stay at the Hotel. Staff friendly and welcoming. Received a complementary room upgrade, plus a bottle of Moët for new year. The breakfast buffet was amazing and you could have food cooked to order. Location also good and you can catch the light rail to the centre of Surfers Paradise.

The apartment was splendidly situated on the 19th floor overlooking Southport. There was a Woolworths supermarket across from the apartment block within a shopping/ restaurant block. Restaurants/ Eateries were nearby. The wineshop in the shopping precinct had an excellent selection of wines and beers. The apartment itself offered two rooms with ceiling fans and aircon, the kitchen was well-equipped with a Nespresso machine and had a good array of cooking utentsils. The beds were super comfy. Just a shame we only stayed for a night. The host, Esther, was communicating with us throughout and sent us detailed instructions.

    The views were spectacular. The apartment was huge and spotlessly clean. The kitchen had everything you needed. Free car park and street parking for visitors. Super close drive to Burleigh Heads. Walking distance to Aldi. across the road from the beach.

    Great staff and services especially Shannell at the front desk who was really helpful and supportive to add us free parking and breakfast due to faulty online booking via booking. com. The Penthouse suite was fantastic and amazing with modern remotes controlling facilities which was impressive and wowed. Great location to all the pacific fair, beaches and restaurants, great valets parking staff and housekeeping. Definitely highly recommended and will book my next trip there again.

    It was nice and quiet. Lock up secure parking. Steps up to the room from the car park. No lift, you can go in front door, probably 8 steps. Then it's flat to the rooml if you book the ground floor. Lovely pool and BBQ area, which overlooks canal. 1 bed has ensui5e and queen bed. The other twin beds and separate toilet and shower.

    I received a large, comfortable room with 2 beds and a balcony overlooking the boats. The bathroom is large and well-equipped. Possibility to eat breakfast and dinner (for an additional fee) in the restaurant located on the ground floor of the hotel. Internet works quite well. A big advantage is the ability to park your car in an underground parking lot.

    Nice quiet location. View from balcony of the canal and high rises is amazing. Shady in the afternoon to sit and gaze with a nice drink. Pool and bbq area and garden are beautiful. Easy secure parking. Could walk to main part of surfers but we parked below Woolworths and if you buy something you get two hours free parking.
