Location was fabulous. Breakfast was great and a lot of adjustment for Indian cuisine. Valet parking was very helpful. Staff was always smiling and willing to help. Free water !!! We will definitely come again and stay here on our trip to Shahdag.

It was worth every penny and I believe it's rating should be 3+, maybe 4.5 stars. Everything was super clean. When booking, I was thinking about booking those 5 star resorts there but when I reached there, I was glad that I did not and instead Zirve hotel. It's the central location of Shahdag and even if you stay in those 5 star resorts, you would still have to come here for the activities. Ski resort, roller coaster, everything is just in front of this hotel. Also, the breakfast was awesome too.

The facility was prepped, the house, pool and bathroom rack - everything pre- heated based on late check in Time. There was a warm old lady to cook and an old security guard for care taking. Near by markets to get basics and cook by ourselves.
