Blue Belize is situated at the far end of the town at the end of the road away from the noise of the town near the waters edge. we stay on 1st floor over looking the very old mango trees through to the water. Sitting on the covered balcony eating a delicious breakfast of fresh fruit and warm home made muffins, drinking coffee and fresh juice and listening to the birds. Honestly this is old Belize at its best. shhhh don’t tell everyone it’s not called the forgotten District for no reason.

We like the Jungle Experience, the Mainhouse was amazing, the plants and flowers, the outside jungle Shower directly in the cabana, the open wide windows and the air circulation. The Owner are very friendly and they provide jungle trips, which are REAL Jungle Trips.

we really enjoyed having the pool to ourselves, being able to relax in tranquility. the air-conditioning inside was a bonus escape from the heat at the time of year we travelled. all cooking utensils you could need.

The location in town was excellent, within walking distance to everything including the market, the post office, the bank, and restaurants. It was refreshing to have appliances that actually worked. Hot water in the sinks, as well as the shower, was a real plus especially for washing dishes.
