We had a great stay – the accommodation was excellent value for money and had everything we needed. Very nice place: good location, large rooms, cleanliness. The kitchen has a lot of things (including coffee) that can be useful for preparing breakfast or dinner. The owner is very polite, reliable and kind. In fact, I am in great admiration of the place and I got a lot of pleasure from staying there. Thank you, especially to the owner for your attention and care! I recommend it to others and I will definitely stay there next time! Thank you!

Got breakfast included during our stay and it was the usual European breakfast (bread, cereals, and yogurt etc). It was okay for its price. The room was not too small and not too big, just right for 2-3 people. What I loved about the room is the breathtaking view of the alps!! And the hotel is just a few steps away from the Tasch train station which is just one stop away from Zermatt so it's VERY VERY convenient!

Everything was great! But the most important thing was the staff. They were fantastic. Their hospitality was amazing. They help in everything. They are extremely accommodating and understanding. They try to give you the best advice and help possible. We had some dietary restrictions and they allowed us to use their cutlery for our own food. We had an early train which was before breakfast times and they allowed us to eat before so that we can go on a full stomach. By far the best hotel I have come across in Switzerland in terms for facility and hospitality. 100% recommended! I will give my compliments to the entire staff and the management! I will definitely recommend this to all my friends and family. 10 on 10.

    Fabulous location if you're looking to go to Zermatt, Marco the host was very helpful and friendly and organised a taxi to Zermatt for us at lower cost than train and very kindly let us leave our car in his car park the following day.

    Welcoming host, we got to choose the room from the available options. Parking by the hotel (free for hotel guests) Immediate distance from the train station. immediate start/Finish for the Bridge trail. Small store if one needs any amneties before their hike/trip. Traditional feel.
