We spent three wonderful days in a real Swiss village! The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking — with majestic mountains, a peaceful lake and the fresh scent of country life all around. Eva, our host, was incredibly kind and welcoming. She even gave us a better room than we booked, which made my girlfriend’s birthday feel even more special. Waking up to that view on such a day — just wow! She was very attentive to my request and went out of her way to help — truly appreciated! The rooms had everything we needed, and the small kitchen was a perfect addition. There’s also a large shared kitchen downstairs and even laundry facilities, which was a big plus. A special thank you for the coffee machine and the capsules — a real treat for coffee lovers like us! One more big bonus — the parking was spacious, free, and totally stress-free, which made everything so much easier since we were traveling by car. There’s also a shop nearby, which came in really handy for quick snacks or groceries. My girlfriend and I recommend this place 1000%! Thank you, Eva!

The hospitality was excellent. Muna and Lucien were fantastic hosts. Breakfast was plentiful and beautiful. The room was also excellent with a view of the castle. It's in the old town, so it's guaranteed you will have an awesome, genuine experience.

The location. Ample space for family. The host is very responsive. Clean home and we really love the neighbourhood. We can literally walk to the lake and had a good swim. The parking space is convenient.

Everything about it, the location is amazing, apartment is nice and comfortable and the access to Spa a great touch.However, the best part is the warmth and hospitality of the hosts. A personalised welcome note, chocolates, wine and beer greet you upon arrival. The hosts constantly checked if we needed anything and were quick to respond to all our requests. The location is amazing. The fact that we had the panorama pass for free bus rides was perfect for the location. Being able to start the day with hot breakfast and a glass of Prosecco was wonderful. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Overall, we had a great stay at a great hotel.

Fantastic stay at Eden Spiez - we decided to splash out for our stay and thoroughly enjoyed it! The staff were incredible friendly and helpful. Though on the front side of the hotel, the room still had a lovely view of the lake; we were provided with welcome drinks, and complimentary fresh bottled water (still + sparkling) every day plus chocolates; there were apples available for guests as well, plus as a cake buffet in the afternoon. Car parking was in a secure multistorey car park, and the hotel was situated a few minutes walk from the restaurants/shops of Spiez, and lake. We did not use the spa much, but enjoyed a full body massage on the day of arrival, and will certainly look forward to using the facilities more when we return in future.
