This hotel is Shanghai's best kept secret. If you need to stay north of the city, stay here. It feels like a miniature Disneyland. Pictures of the grand staircase are accurate and do not disappoint. Staff checking in told me that the rate for my room had changed -- it had actually become *cheaper* relative to what I booked. They spent a half hour trying to get me the cheaper room rate -- outstanding. The bedroom was luxurious, like staying in a palace. Largest bed I've ever seen -- 1.5x wider than it was long. Short walk from Baoyang Rd metro station. Maybe a half hour to get back to the city on the metro, so not too long though it feels long the first time! Mall next door has food and other amenities. Breakfast was delicious. This was the best hotel I stayed in for the price during my last trip to China.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel! The experience was truly delightful from start to finish. The breakfast was a standout, especially the excellent Chinese options which were fresh and delicious. The room was spacious, immaculately cleaned, and offered a beautiful view which made it even more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and excellent service!

I highly appreciate I had an early check in as we arrive in the morning. Location is fantastic, near the metro station (People's Square) and near the pedestrian shopping road.

There is nothing not to like about the Savhe Atour hotel! Its location is excellent; only a short walk to a beautiful part of the Bund and lots of great places to eat nearby. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, and every detail has been handled. The cherry on top was the service, in particular, Johnny and Ron who were always available to make sure our stay at Savhe was the most comfortable and enjoyable it could be. Thank you Savhe Atour for making our first visit to China so memorable! We will definitely be back!

The apartment is very clean and bright, the bed is comfortable, the towels are clean, all is new, situated just 1min from the subway, room cleaning is also provided. There is a supermarket and a mall with many food courts just near the exit of the block of flats. We are very grateful to Lisa for her advise, help and support during our staying. Everything feels like home, especially when you are traveling from northern Europe. The elevator is Kone from Finland, all furniture and kitchenet are Scandinavia style. Breakfast is just about right amount of selections for both western and Asian appetite. Washing machine from start to end without any efforts, you can just put dirty closes in the night before you leave and collect dry clean closes the next morning. All staff are highly trained for good service. All in all perfact stay.

The Hostel has a great gym for anyone who wants to stay fit during the tour vacation and a huge area for socializing with other occupants. Staff are very helpful specially Wendy & Luna. And to top the cake with cherry free unlimited fresh brewed coffee!

Great location by the Suzhou River. Walking distance to Nanjing Rd, The Bund, and plenty of great shops and restaurants. Staff were extremely helpful and hooked us up with anything that we needed. Room was clean, comfy, and well appointed, with a great view. Fantastic value for money. Would certainly stay here again.
