Staying here is one of the best decisions, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is a bit of a distance from the old town, yet it's still within walking range, and convient to take didi. The room is just as lovely as depicted in the pictures. Plus, the dog and cat extremely cute!

We like overall the staff very kind and helpfull and especially Cathy who was a great help. We like the location of the hotel. Easy to get there. The room is big. The staff was so kind at our arrival !! Cathy gave us good advices and organised also our one day trip and we really appreciate, she speaks english and that is a very good point We will defintly speak positively of this hotel around. We had a comfortable stay at Xilu Xiaoxue Inn. The room was spacious and clean. The inn was located in the ancient town and was close to food, shopping and other attractions. Mandy the host was always ready to answer your queries and provide help when needed. She picked us up at the city gate and sent us off personally when we left. We appreciate her enthusiasm and thoughtfulness. Always putting an extra mile in what she does. We highly recommend staying at Xilu Xiaoxue Inn if you're in Lijiang.

We just really loved the Bivou. I read very good reviews, but still the place exceeded my expecations. If I am ever going to write my memoires, I will do it here:) This place just breaths tranquility. We loved the little vegetable gardens in front of the hotel, the staff was extremely helpful and the area around the hotel is really lovely. I travelled the whole world and Le Bivou definitely makes it to my worldwide top 5.

In general, we like the warm and comfortable atmosphere of Muya, as well as the friendliness and hospitality of the owners and staff. I can definitely give it a perfect score. The warm hospitality of the staff and the comfortable environment of the inn made our stay unforgettable. The innkeeper was very friendly and hospitable. Ask him for activity suggestions, and he will reply in a timely manner. The staff also maintained the cleanliness and warmth of the room. Homemade breakfast is very rich and delicious. The courtyard is really a highlight for viewing the scenery of the ancient city of Lijiang. The toilet even has a heating function, so you don't have to worry about freezing when you go to the bathroom. In the ancient city of Lijiang, you don't have to worry about dragging your luggage, the host will find a tricycle driver to help you move your luggage! We love this place! I will definitely come back if I can.

This is a charming historical place, tastefully decorated. A peace heaven very well located in the ancien Town apart from the crowd. Roxana, our hostess speaks very good english and has been extremely helpful. She helped us to enjoy Lijiang and organise our future steps in our trip. Thank you 🙏🏼

    I didn't expect this price and quality to surprise me. It's really nice. We booked a duplex room because some children were afraid of noise. The next day, we renewed the room and switched to a king size room. The store upgraded the room very well and we were very satisfied with the first experience. It's really a great place to relax. In the future, there is a parking space right at the entrance that is very convenient and comfortable from the moment we enter. The environment was given 5 points!

    The location is not bad, you can see the ancient city, but there are too few parking spaces. Finally, I parked in a toll booth on the roadside. The boss said that the license plates from other places are not a problem, so I just parked there. I came too late that night and didn't have a large bed room. I changed to a suite, which was quite large. When I opened the door, I was stunned. The next day, I continued to stay and changed to a viewing room, which was very good

    We stayed at Bivou for 3 nights at December. Position was perfect. Car parking 300 m. Room floor heated. Restaurant and breakfast superb. Hotel staff was nice and helpful.
