The hotel is located inside the city walls and it is very central, close to many sites of interests, a great neihbourhood with many charming streets with many eateries and coffee places. Absolutely lovely. The breakfast was amazing, the room was super comfortable, spacious, cozy and modern. The hotel is very stylish and really well designed. We had a great stay !

Fantastic location, staff, and facilities. We arrived at 3am due to a delayed flight and the staff were still so accommodating for our check in. The staff were helpful throughout our whole stay. In addition, the rooms were clean and extremely nice. Would be coming back!

We can fully recommend this nice accommodation. The room was very quiet, comfortable with very good beds and clean. The shower ist hot and strong. The whole hotel is realy stylish and the stuff ist very, very friendly and helped us everytime. They served us Cappuccino for free several times and they prepared a very good breakfast. The hotel is located near the old city and in a walking distance to the metro. So we could make the trip to the terracotta warriors by Metro and bus very easy.

The hotel was very organized, clean and safe. The Staff members were very polite, helpful in nature and were warm towards me. I had a memorable first time experience in China, thanks to them. The hotel is in the centre of Xi'An and has a Grand Hotel feeling which is a nice break from the more standard hotels. Staff is very helpful and attentive. Rooms are very nice and of good size. Breakfast is great and the club on the 7th floor is a great place for an evening tea or drink.

We had a wonderful stay at Guan Erjie boutique hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and the atmosphere was very relaxed. Should we visit Xi’an again, we will stay at Guan Erjie.
