I would definitely recommend this hotel to those visitors who search for a good quality for the modest price. The hotel itself is modern and clean, with the comfy rest zone, free laundry and very nice staff. Room itself was also big and clean, we really enjoyed our stay here. The day before our arrival hotel staff sent us an instruction and guide how to find a hotel, as it is located on the 5th floor of another hotel’s building (which was not a problem, we found it very quickly).

The staff consistently demonstrates approachability, friendliness, and a service-oriented attitude, readily assisting guests with their needs. The accommodation offers exceptional beds and mattresses, with well-maintained hygiene standards throughout the dormitory, toilets, and bathrooms. While all staff members are commendable, I would like to specifically acknowledge Evanna for her exceptional kindness and willingness to go above and beyond. 10 out of 10 for everything. We also stayed next door at Raffles International Hotel, paid more than double the price per night for half the space and no amenities such as Ascott. Definitely recommending Ascott compared to International.
